Holiday Open House at the Metal Museum
Celebrate the start of the holiday season at the Metal Museum! The annual Holiday Open House takes place on Sunday, December 8th. Visitors enjoy FREE museum admission.
Guests can design their own cookie cutter, make an ornament from cast pewter, and browse unique handcrafted gifts in the Museum Store.
HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS
Festive Cookie Cutters:
Create custom cookie cutters by using pliers and cutters to bend strips of aluminum into festive shapes! Drop in anytime between noon and 4pm. This class is FREE!
Enameled Copper Ornament Workshop:
Create colorful ornaments using copper and powdered glass. Make four custom enamel ornaments on copper.

Cast Pewter Ornament Workshop:
Pour melted pewter and create a casting using permanent molds. Pewter casting is perfect for small charms, pendants, ornaments and key chains! Drop in anytime between 1pm and 4pm to participate.
